Direct Support Specialist, (Independent Living Skills) ILS Specialist 1, ILS Specialist 2, Senior ILS Specialist, Community Support Assistant, Community Support Coordinator, Mental Health Aide, Support Coordinator
Description
Our specialists connect people to resources and help support/ teach the skills necessary to live independently. The aim is to partner with clients of different backgrounds on a one on one basis, evaluate their needs and work together to develop an approach best suited for the client to help them meet those needs. If you love working with and caring for people and take pride in being efficient and detailed, this is a great role for you.

General Qualifications
- eligible to work in the US
- at least 18 years old
- have a high school diploma or GED
- have a valid and active driver's license in good standing with insurance
- must have reliable form of transportation
- must pass a background check
- ability to communicate effectively with client assigned
- must be punctual
- ability to perform assessments and provide reports on such
- ability to exercise good judgment in emergency situations
- possess basic computing skills and notes taking skills
- strong attention to detail

- CPR certification preferred
